Do you want to be part of a company that has grown 150%+ year on year for the past 3 years? If so then read on as this could be your dream role. You will be working for a rapidly expanding market leading ISV within the world of BI (Business Intelligence) software selling their leading range of solutions based around master data management for SAP and ERP systems to a diverse customer base across the UK.

The Role:
As a business development manager you will be responsible for targeting mid-market opportunities (below £5bn turnover companies) both in terms of new business opportunities as well as managing and growing revenue from a number of existing customers. You will be working with multiple stake holders across the business including line of business managers through to heads of IT, CTO on a day to day basis talking to them about their ERP (SAP) system and how to improve the functionality of their offering by using an award winning master data management tool that enables executive managers to access the business intelligence (BI) data they need to make business critical decisions on a day to day basis.

An award winning rapidly expanding business offering a range of best of breed solutions that add value to an organisations ERP (SAP) solution in particular in the growth areas of data migration, data integration and data maintenance. Due to their continued growth (over 150%+ year on year for the past 3 years) and their reputation for excellence they are looking to further expand their EMEA organisation by adding to the sales / business development team targeting both new business as well as existing customers.

The Candidate:
You will be over achieving solution lead sales / account management professional within software that can demonstrate a successful track record over a sustained period of time. You will also need to be someone that can demonstrate following a sales methodology and how that has assisted with you winning business. Any exposure to ERP (SAP) is highly advantageous however not essential as they are also open to people from alternative backgrounds such as BI (Business Intelligence), data management, big data or individuals that have worked for other ISV's selling a solution that is sold at executive level to both the business and IT sides of the market as such someone who is use to selling to multiple stakeholders


On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience and uncapped ote £100,000-£120,000 (1st year) with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
