The Role

The Project / Programme Manager will work in the Programme Management Office and take responsibility for developing and improving the process and procedures of on-going major international company programmes. You will focus on the delivery of Best Practice and Compliance and robust Programme Delivery Governance. The role is highly (internal) customer focused and interfaces with Heads of Project Delivery as well as other core Design, Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, Delivery, Quality and Sales functions.

Our client is a successful and world-renowned organisation with a strong track record of growth, a turnover approaching £100 million and over 800 employees. They design, manufacture and assemble premium engineered products, within a rigorously regulated environment and selling to a Blue Chip international customer base.

The Person

The successful Project / Programme Manager will have knowledge of a design and engineering / manufacturing / production environment with experience of Project Management and the Project Management Office ( PMO ) function. You will have a strong understanding of PM tools and the management of project issues, risk, governance and Best Practice.
