Working for my client, one of Berlin's hottest start-ups, you will be leading an international team, ensuring the delivery of top quality work amongst your department, whilst still be technically hands on with the development.
Successful candidates will be either a CTO in a start-up environment, or a lead/senior developer looking to make that step up. You should be technically very strong on Ruby on Rails development and be fluent English speaking to work in the international culture. German is a bonus, but not a requirement.
