Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance organisation as a Senior Sales Director. Based in their London offices the main purpose of the role is to be responsible for identifying, leading, managing and closing large sales opportunities in the UK Insurance market and to work with the business to develop new product offerings to new markets. The role is dedicated to selling all of the company’s offerings to the General and Commercial Insurance target customers (brokers, insurers and re-insurers) although BPO sales experience is required. Specific responsibilities include: Leading and driving a go to market campaign for Insurance Sector offerings in the market; Responsibility for cradle to grave sales (i.e. lead generation through to signed contracts); Developing a systematic and targeted Sales plan of activity to maximise sales across existing and new customers to deliver the annual sales target and Liaising with Account Directors and Sector Management to identify significant new opportunities for additional revenue growth from existing customers. This is a new business role, but does demand elements of account management.
