Inside Sales Director

An Inside Sales Director is required for one of the hottest, fastest growing and currently pre-iPO Cloud technology company on the market today.



Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic sales leader with an outstanding track record of success to join their sales team in London.



The Inside Sales Director will be a first in country Inside Sales Leader, who has experience of building-out and managing a team of UK & Continental European Account Developers / Business Development Execs.



The ideal candidate

* Degree educated (Batchelor's preferable)
* 3 years+ experience as an Inside Sales Director managing a multi-language team
* Experience at Enterprise Software Vendor and demonstrable experience of over achievement against quota
* Experience in developing a team and its members
* Excellent understanding of and aptitude for computer and software technology - Ideally with a SaaS/Cloud sector background but any software applications sector experience will be considered.
* Superb phone and email communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills (in verbal, written and in-person presentations)
* Proven ability to coordinate resources from various functional departments to sell to prospects (Presales, Pro Services, Training, etc.)
