Data Room Lead - Maintenance of a Virtual Data Room

Our client requires a Data Room Lead to support a programme across a number of procurements, some of which will run simultaneously for the delivery of the service towers. The programme is currently in the initiation stage and progressing with urgency, due to the tight overall schedule.

The successful candidate will have performed this role in a similar programme in a public sector and will be fully cognizant of the procurement processes (competitive dialogue, restricted procurement and framework), deliverables and governance.

Responsibilities

The Data Room Lead will be accountable for:

*Managing data room data for use by all suppliers to support the individual procurements.
o Maintaining a comprehensive "checklist" to track progress across all procurement towers.
o Establishing a quality assured, fully populated and classified data room, with all relevant access and permissions defined.
o Fielding due diligence questions from suppliers and obtaining answers from the relevant internal teams.
oReporting progress on the collation of data on a regular basis to the Exit and Transition Programme Manager.
oEnsuring that material is provided to allow sufficient opportunity for participants to verify material aspects relating to financial, technical, operational and personnel aspects in full.
o Coaching and supporting staff with less experience of detailed due diligence processes.
o Working closely with Solution Leads, suppliers and other key stakeholders to ensure that information is obtained and shared in a compliant manner.
o Obtaining and maintaining stakeholder engagement across the business areas that will input into the procurements including but not limited to Digital Policing, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Security & Risk, HR.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

*Experience of secure and organised data room, with consistent and appropriate access and permissions.
*Experience with collaboration tools, e.g. Sharepoint.
*Experience within a public sector procurement process.
*Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholders across numerous business areas and with external suppliers.
*Strong Project Management skils.
*Strong data modelling and reporting skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
