A dynamic UK owned and funded software house, whose solutions cater for the Accountancy and Payroll sectors, are expanding across the UK and looking to attract an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join their company based from London / South East Region.

This Senior New Business Sales opportunity is for a true professional who may be currently managing a small sales team but feeling under valued and therefore seeking a new challenge and career opportunity. This role will start as a Senior Sales professional generating net new business opportunities, then when objectives and targets have been achieved, you will start to grow a team around you.

Our clients solutions and services are focused on SMB / mid market clients who are sole traders, Limited companies or umbrella organisations, to sell bespoke hosted / cloud software and service solutions that are reliable, save time and money and make life easier.

The Senior New Business Sales Executive - Payroll & Accounting Software role will be based from home initially until such time an office has been established in the London area. The successful candidate will require the following:

- Current working knowledge of accountancy or payroll software - ideally experience of cloud, SaaS model a benefit.
- New Business focused sales approach
- Ability to work in conjunction with senior management to set realistic targets in order to establish a base in the London South East region
- Take the lead on all sales engagements in this region, into existing and new named accounts.
- Be self motivated, methodical, tenacious and have excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
- Ideally experience of leading / managing a sales team whilst keeping your eye on your individual targets and MBOs
