An exciting opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Digital Performance Director to join a leading digital marketing agency in London.

A multi-million pound organisation who feature regularly at the top of industry polls for their service and success. This agency provides tier 1 brands and organisations with a holistic-or-partial service for devising and managing their digital marketing operation - including SEO, PPC, creative, display, mobile, social media etc.

There is an immediate opportunity for an experienced or aspiring digital performance strategist to be responsible for spear-heading pitches towards results-driven strategies through management of the agency's product development ensuring they stay innovative and competitive to deliver award winning campaigns.

Key requirements:
*You must have experience of managing multi-discipline strategies
*The ability to work closely with Heads of departments
*Review product development particularly focussing on Display and Analytics - be able to provide best practice recommendations
*Review client performance metrics - identify opportunities and requirements
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A problem solver able to deal with complex problems for clients and the agency
*Commercially astute to recognise additional revenue streams
*Be able to work under pressure 

This role reports directly to the Managing Director.
