The Role:
In this fast paced Sales Manager role, you will be given responsibility for generating new business across the UK and increasing the overall sales pipeline of the company. Typically, you will be representing the company's broad portfolio of Business Process Outsourcing and Finance and Accounting solutions to Mid-Tier companies across a range of industries.

The Candidate:
This dynamic, rapidly expanding company is looking for a motivated Sales Manager who can boast considerable experience in Business Process Outsourcing, particularly with Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated to progress through their career, moving up in the business world and continuously improving themselves. A successful Sales Manager will come across confidently over the phone and in person, selling the client on themselves as much as on the product.

The Salary:
You will enjoy a competitive salary package, beginning with a basic salary between £90,000 and £100,000. On top of this you will be offered a lucrative commission plan, with an expected first year OTE of £150,000.
