As this award winning market leader with a reputation for excellence is looking to grow their business development team as part of their growth strategy for 2013/2014

The Role:
As a business development director with be to pro-actively target new business opportunities within the corporate market in the London region. This will mean dealing with heads of HR, head of Talent and HR Business Partners with a diverse customer base generally FTSE 500 or companies employing over 2,000 people. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to presenting and delivering a business case that delivers to the clients needs through to completing the deal, you will also then be responsible for working with the deliver team in order to deliver a solution that meets your clients requirements in leadership coaching, assesment, career transition etc.

The Candidate:
You will be highly articulate business development director / manager with a demonstrable track record of success within the HR arena. Any exposure to leadership and development or coaching would be a distinct advantage as they see this as potentially the largest area of growth within their service range currently. Individuals that can demonstrate a track record of success in a new business role selling other services to the HR market such as talent management, training even individuals that have sold other outsourced solutions to HR decision makers will also be considered on individual merit.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience with a generous benefits package including pension, health, gym membership and uncapped ote £75,000-£85,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target. Also on offer is a recognised training program as well working with a company that is growing and promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder of a very successful business.
