An exceptional opportunity exists to head up a major fashion retail brand. The client is looking to hire a skilled and experienced individual to fill this challenging Chief Executive Officer position and take the business forward with the many exciting developments that it has planned for the future.

As the CEO, you will have the following responsibilities:

* Manage the board, investors, shareholders and other stakeholders
* Execute overall supervision of all activities of the company
* Develop and implement effective business strategies
* Manage a team and maximize each individual's potentials
* Ensure that the company complies with all the applicable and relevant laws in the implementation of its operations

To qualify for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

* Degree or MBA level education
* 20 or more years of experience in the retail sector with at least 10 years at board level
* Exceptional knowledge of the fashion retail industry
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Excellent people management skills
