Proposal Manager, Business Development, English speaking, Berlin

My client, an international Law firm are actively looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the pitch management process across Canada, US, EMEA and AP regions.

Responsibilities
- Work with regional Proposal Managers to manage the pitching process, so that the company continue to deliver good quality
- Evaluate opportunities and develop strategies to develop content, submit, debrief and analyse.
- Ensure all proposals are within brand guidelines
- Educate and coach lawyers to help improve the performance of the proposal teams
- Manage the proposal process from receipt to delivery of the final product
- Conduct debriefs with clients and internal teams
- Report monthly activity including ratios to all marketing and business development leaders

Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Over 7years experience working in a similar role
- Proven experience working in professional services or financial services
- Excellent English language skills both written and verbal communication
- Experience implementing and managing proposal processes and tools
- Project management skills
