AVP - Internal Audit Asset Management

My client are a global asset management company who manage funds to the value in excess of $150bn. Due to an internal promotion we are seeking an experienced Auditor to join the EMEA team involving about 30% European travel.

Using a risk based audit approach, the successful candidate will manage end to end audits whilst working autonomously and building relationships with the business. Attention to detail skills is essential as is the ability to operate in a consultative manner whilst gaining credibility with the business.

Product knowledge within Investment Management would be helpful e.g. Retail Funds, Equity, fixed income, alternative asset management but is not essential.

This is a fast moving and dynamic organisation and the ability to work autonomously is essential to the audit team’s and the business’ success.

Experience of auditing financial services is essential, but we are happy to consider insurance, banking and other disciplines. We will also consider Managers from the Big 4.

Salary: £70-90000 + bonus + banking benefits

Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/IIA
