Finance Manager

Reed Finance continue to support a leading Essex based financial services organisation who offer tailored and bespoke solutions globally. They are now seeking a Finance Manager to help grow and develop the business.
The Finance Manager will partner with the business in supporting strategic direction and delivering strong financial performance
Reporting into Senior Management, duties will include:
Ensure adherence to Contract Governance and regulatory requirements for all new business and any contractual business changes.
Delivery and maintenance of Long Term Contract tracking reports. Work with the UK & global Finance leads on the development of appropriate financial reports for analysis. Recommend a variety of regular and ad hoc reports for review with the Business
Support the business in ensuring that high standards of financial control and rigour are maintained at all times.
Work collaboratively with finance business leads through-out the region, ensuring the highest standards of decision support are provided.
Work collaboratively with IT and Operations ensuring all relevant IT/Ops spend is considered and accurately reflected in pricing models/business case.
Analysing the available data and reporting to Management and Business Owners in a clear and concise manner
The successful individual will be a fully qualified senior finance professional who can effectively combine strong technical and commercial accounting. An experience within a large, international Financial services organisation would be beneficial as well as the ability to successfully manage and mentor a team.
You will be an effective communicator with the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders whilst adhering to business needs accordingly. You will be able to display an ability to work under pressure as well take ownership of decisions to ensure timely delivery to meet client needs
