This internationally recognised retailer is a market leader in its field and continues to be cutting edge and innovation on the UK retail scene.
The business requires a market leading Regional Manager, Area Manager or Operations Director who have the potential to lead and inspire large store teams.
The duties and responsibilities associated with this role centre around an overall accountability for the performance of the stores in your region. This translates into P&L awareness, assessment and development of store practices in order to maximise sales potential, and a real focus on your colleagues and customers.
You should currently be based in the South East or Home Counties. You should have blue chip large Area Management or Regional Management experience from a big box, out-of-town retailer whether a supermarket, mixed goods, DIY or electrical store with a turnover experience in the region of £150-200 million. You should be able to motivate, lead and inspire your team and also be aware of the need to advance your colleagues and set targets for individual & store performance. You must embrace the company's values, drive commerciality by impact & influence performance.
As Regional Manager you will receive a competitive salary & package including generous bonus potential of 50% of salary, car allowance, private healthcare & not to mention an autonomous working environment in one of the leading blue chip retailers in the UK.
