ICT System Manager HP - UX ( m / w )
Our client is seeking a ICT System Manager (Solaris-HPUX) to manage and network large Solaris and HP-UX environments.
Operation and maintenance of the entire HP - UX and Solaris server platforms ( Virtual and Physical ) . Ensure the availability of customer platforms based HP - UX and Solaris .A completed apprenticeship in computer science or equivalent years of professional experience . - Extensive experience in dealing with the operating systems HP - UX 23.11 and 31.11 . - Very good knowledge of virtualization HP - UX ( vpar , VM ) , Cluster ( ServiceGuard ) , LVM (possibly Veritas Volume Manager ) . - Very good knowledge of German written and oral- Good command of English both written and verbal - Teamwork - Ability to work independently - Responsible action - ready for special operations (for eg weekends- and night - work) Experience in dealing with the Solaris Operating System , Releases 9.10 and 11 of advantage - Experience in handling JET , Ignite and SST beneficial. - Experience with shell and Perl scripts .
