Project Manager

IT PROJECT MANAGER



YOUR RESPONSiBILITIES:

Coach and support the IT staff in managing their projects, resolving issues, communicating to stakeholders and delivering benefits.

* Manage key IT projects as required (including people management)
* List, track and report on all benefits related to these projects within the IT functional portfolio.

* Manage IT projects budgets costs and resources planning.
* Ensure that communication is actively conducted across all levels of business management on the status of the projects.

* Deliver monthly reporting and KPI on the projects.
* Implement and contribute in the evolution of the Laureate IT



Project Management methodology in collaboration with corporate office.

* Be a member of the Project Steering Committee and contribute to its decision process.



YOUR PROFILE:

* University degree in Business and/or Information Technology.
* At least 5 years of working experience and leading projects in IT.
* Experience in managing business suppliers with good negotiation skills.
* Able to collaborate with all levels of business stakeholders.
* Strong analytical thinking skills.
* High level of drive, commitment and ambition.
* Clear thinking, with good ability to structure and prioritize.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in French and English
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, Exchange, Sharepoint, project management tools like MS Project, MsVisio
