The Role
The Operations Manager will lead a 100 strong team including both direct and contract labour, managing all aspects of projects delivery including key time, quality and cost KPIs in a safe and compliant manner. The Operations Manager will drive Best Practice and Continuous Improvement programmes, acting as ambassador for the function and as a key member of the Senior Management team. As Operations Manager, you will be client facing and build strong, credible and sustainable long term relationships with senior client / customer contacts.

The Person
You will be a Senior Operations / Delivery Manager with outstanding leadership, project management, KPI delivery and customer service skills. With strong client relationship development and management skills, your expertise may come from a variety of B2B sector backgrounds including maintenance, repairs, facilities management, manufacturing, production, engineering, supply chain, distribution, construction etc. The Operations Manager will have previous experience of leading large teams in a Performance Culture and tracking and hitting challenging KPIs.
