The Role
As Business Development Manager you will be home based targeting various markets with a particular focus on industries such as Financial, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas and Industrial. You will be selling this state of the art software, meeting clients taking a consultative approach while achieving average deal sizes of approximately £100,000. The Candidate
As the ideal candidate you will have a very strong background within Governance, Risk and Compliance software, in particular targeting markets such as Financial, Oil and Gas, Mechanical and Construction. You must be able to work autonomously and be able to present to high level employees, handling any issues that arise with regard to the agreed upon contract. Due to the markets this role is targeting language skills would be ideal.
The Package
Upon starting as Business Development Manager you will be offered a basic salary of between £45,000 and £50,000 depending on your previous market experience. By achieving the realistic targets set for yourself you will be able to earn double your basic salary due to the uncapped commission scheme, in addition to this you will be provided with all the benefits to help you prosper within the role.
