My client are a rapidly expanding international e-commerce business located in London. They currently operate in 5 countries and are looking to expand into 7 more. They are a market leader in their field and have seen their turnover grow over 100% in the past 12 months!
If you are looking to work within an entrepreneurial environment constantly seeking to expand and increase their market share then this is a fantastic opportunity.
They are seeking an experience Finance Director to lead both the commercial and financial areas of their business. Working within the executive team you will report directly to the CEO. And will be rewarded with a competitive salary and also equity within the business.
Your duties will include;
-Business partnering with the executive team on new operational ideas, strategies and commercial issues
-Managing a finance team, and developing them as best within the business
-Production of Management Accounts and board packs
-Setting up and implementing a KPI dashboard – To aid decision making for the business
-Analysis on income and margins and proposing improvements
-Cash flow forecasting – Preparing budgets
-Developing and responsible for maintaining relationships with banks and financial backers
-Setting up internal controls
-Ad-hoc project work – identifying acquisitions and involved in obtaining funding to acquire new businesses
-Integrating new businesses within the company
To be considered for this role
-You will be an ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified Financial Director/Head of Finance
-Have experience of working within an executive team
-Ideally have experience of raising fund finance
