Sales Director - SaaS

A Sales Director with a successful track record of achievement and a solid business acumen within the Talent Management, SaaS, Cloud or business application space is required for an exciting, fast-growing SaaS client.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Director to lead & develop a sales team, and to create & execute sales plans in the UK in order to meet/exceed sales goals. As Sales Director, you will have 4+ years of successful sales experience and a demonstrable track record of achievement. Ideally, you will also have some sales management experience. However, successful, ambitious and driven sales executives with no management experience but the relevant domain expertise, looking for their next step up will also be considered for this position.

As Sales Director, you will drive the best practices and processes, working alongside other Sales Managers and supporting sales functions within this dynamic and ambitious company.

The ideal candidate:

* 4+ years of successful software sales experience in an individual contributor and/or management role.
* Proven record of sales success in similar enterprise software application environments (ideally Talent Management Software)
* Self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
* Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong presentation and demonstration skills
