You’ll have the ability to negotiate with other functions to achieve objectives, and possess excellent knowledge of failure mode avoidance and problem solving tools such as Six Sigma, 8D and DMAIC. Educated to degree level, we’ll expect you to have experience of working with suppliers of highly complex commodities. You should also know how to manage and leverage maximum support from a supply base to achieve programme objectives.

Outline Of Role

Responsible for leading a Module Team which will derive, apply and deliver a system (features and components) into an architecture or Top Hat meeting all defined targets and attributes (Technical and Commercial – Cost, Quality & Time). Responsible for execution of all process activities to the Programme at all Gateways. System breakdown at Module level is aligned to those of the core Engineering CoC.
