Part Time Finance Director
City of London - London
Managing a small finance team of 4 staff and reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the post holder will be responsible for:
*Financial planning
*Budgeting
*Statutory accounts
*Raising Capital Finance
*Supervision of the finance team
*Monitoring business performance
*Developing financial models
*Liasing with other departments within the organisation
*Communicating financial information to non-financial staff
*Overseeing of budgets and ensuring they are adhered to
*Monitoring cash flow
Person specification:
*Fully qualified accountant
*Vast experience at Director level
*Experience of the Housing and care sector, as well as the charity market
*Excellent people management skills
*Ability to prioritise workload and delegate tasks effectively
*Time management skills
