The Role:
The prime focus of an Inside Sales Manager is to motivate and manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing support and training whilst being involved with recruiting to grow the sales team. Furthermore you will be leading the sales team targeting small business to win new business, all whilst growing, developing and maintaining the relationship with existing accounts in practice for our SaaS.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a successful Inside Sales Manager that has a proven track record of excellent sales performance and experience managing a team of sales professionals,
ideally experience selling software or SaaS. You will be success driven, ambitious and able to work within a fast paced, changing environment with a diverse team.
The Package:
An Inside Sales Manager will receive a basic salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus an OTE of £80,000 including benefits such as exceptional career progression and the opportunity to maximise your earning potential with great on target earnings. APPLY NOW, LIMITED ROLE.
