Director of Finance and Procurement
London - Home Based
My client is a large organisation who are looking to recruit a fully CCAB Interim Director of Finance and Procurement for an initial period of 6 months.
Key Accountabilities:
*Promote effective strategic financial management across organisation and the implementation of an appropriate medium term financial strategy
*Ensure effective management of budget including the four year capital programme including the provision of reports at all levels
*Ensure the integrity of the accounts is maintained including the management of accounting systems, liaising with internal and external auditors and the maintenance or robust financial controls.
*Direct the strategic vision and lead on the continued development of the organisation procurement strategy
*Ensure the procurement and contract management activities undertaken achieve best value for money in accordance with goals, priorities and policies
*Management and running of multiple projects as and when required by the agency including risk management, budgeting, ensuring value for money and successful completion of projects
Key Experience Required
*CCAB qualified or equivalent (essential)
*Strong commercial background
*Experience of working at Director level within large organisations
*Proven track record of change management
*Experience of working on multiple projects and their successful completion
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills
