A profitable, financially-stable, SaaS, start-up in Berlin, are seeking a Director/Head of Operations, to help transform and scale the operations department. With an impressive, global client base including the likes of Coca Cola, Sony, Unilever, Ebay and many more, it's a great opportunity for an experienced professional, looking for a new challenge. The salary is up to 100k for the right person.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic operations of the department
- KPI Management / Performance management
- Build and execute long-term vision for department
- Operate at board level and advise CEO
Main requirements:
- Extensive experience in management, leading and ideally scaling teams
- Experience in SaaS hosting, ideally cloud experience
- Enterprise grade delivery service and KPI driven thinking
- Strong, positive attitude and drive to be successful
