This opportunity is ideal for a canddiate who has experience within a technical consultancy role. As a Consultant Contact Centre you are responsible for the advise at end-clients for contact centre platforms. At first you must understand your client's wishes. Next to that, you understand how to be able to develop and design a roadmap and vision in oder to make things operational and make it work. You adviseclients how their current communications environment can be more efficient and consolidated this with a new architecture. During these processes, you are responsible for the communication with architects UC, data cenre, cloud, mobility. From time to time you are the assigned person give workshops or be a guest speaker on seminars. Avaya and Cisco Knowledge is a must!
