(POWER) PRODUCTION MANAGER CHESHIRE UP TO £75,000
The STR Group are assisting a well-established client within the power generation Industry who is currently seeking a permanent Production Manager to join an operational CCGT plant in the Cheshire area.
Similar relevant sector experience may come from CCGT, CHP, EfW, Biomass or Coal background.
The core function of the Production Manager role is to effectively lead the day to day production activities of the Power Station. This includes all activities required to ensure that the station operates at high availability and to the highest of safety standards.
In order to be considered for the Production Manager role candidates will need to have a degree in an Engineering discipline although qualifications below this may be acceptable if suitable experience.
Prior experience in leading the Operations and/or Maintenance of ideally a power station or similar a large processing facility, specifically with CCGT power generation operational experience.
Must be up to speed with and have a pro active approach towards Health, Safety and Environment management.
The position of Production Manager has a competitive salary of up to £75,000 and comes with industry standard holiday package along with a pension, bonus scheme, life insurance, medical cover and health club scheme. Relocation package will be available.
The Production Manager role is based in Cheshire and is commutable from Chester, Warrington, Northwick and other locations across Cheshire.
Possible similar job titles may include: Production Lead (Mechanical / E,C&I), Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager.
