An international Ship Management Company are currently recruiting for a Fleet superintendent to join their office in Cyprus.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Fleet Manager on all technical aspects of assigned vessels.
Duties will include;
- Ensuring the vessels are maintained and in good operational order
- Providing timely and accurate reports to Clients regarding the management, expenditure and condition of the vessels
- Planning, controlling and executing all activities connected to class and flag state survey and certificate requirements
The suitable candidate will have seagoing experience as a Class 1 Chief Engineer on Container Ships. Ideally, you will also have extensive shore based experience in a similar position.
Experience with RT Flex engines is highly advantageous.
To be considered for this role, applicants will hold an EU passport to ensure no travel restrictions are in place as this position requires regular travel commitments.
