Account Executive - Talent Management Solutions -

Do you want to join a market leading awarding organisation that has just had a record year and is about to embark on an aggressive growth strategy for 2013/2014 to capitalise on their recent success by adding a senior Account Executive to their team to manage and grow revenues within a number of key accounts.

The Role:
As an account executive you will be focused on strengthening the relationship with a number of key accounts across your portfolio whilst also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling other services lines that may appeal to them including talent management software that is either a complete end-to-end solution or a number of modules that includes performance management, LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning content and performance management as well as a range of consulting services in order to maximise the ROI from their software offering.


The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful account executive / key account manager that can demonstrate a solid track record of achievement selling either HR based technology such as talent management, performance management or LMS or with a solid track record of selling HR based services such as career transition, career management, assessment services, learning and development solutions for a sustained period and with the ability and enthusiasm to move in to the software world. You will need to be someone that is capable of working with a diverse range of customers from a number of industries including FTSE 100 / FTSE 250 organisations.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £55,000-£60,000 depending on experience, pension, health, criteria and also an uncapped ote of £120,000, as well as additional bonus of £20,000 on top of the ote based on non-financial related objectives.
