Agile Award Winning E-learning firm seeks Driven Sales Person to help them grow even faster

My client is an extremely well funded leader in the field of e-learning and LMS with a high level of expertise and great reputation in the areas of performance, talent management and succession planning. Having achieved well above average growth year on year due to their excellent technology and streamlined and highly supportive sales culture which helps them with their sales growth they are now looking for a consultative salesperson to join their close knit team.
This role will see the person hired inherit accounts from both the public and private sector which currently bring in around £600K in revenue and the expectation will be that the person has the strategic skills and relationship building attributes to maintain and grow this account base. In addition they will also be expected to develop new business opportunities for the organisation in order to achieve a realistic £1.2m in sales per annum. These sales will be derived from consultancy and software sales for a proven product which helps clients with all of their talent management challenges.
The successful person will have current experience selling to HR Director level and be an accomplished solution led salesperson who can ask the right questions in order to diagnose clients business problems and then offer relevant learning solutions to help them overcome them. A track record selling HR consulting services is favored and more important than a background in HR technology or software as the nuances of the product can be taught. In addition to the sales skills a positive and friendly demeanor and high level of integrity will also be essential to ensure you fit the company culture of this friendly yet ambitious and driven organisation.
This company is currently growing fast and with that presents the opportunity to grow your career with the business as they look to expand across all functions. This role is a key strategic hire with a base salary of £60K with an additional £60K in commission and a further potential £20K possible if key measures are exceeded giving a total OTE of £140K.
