Company:
Pre-IPO Big Data Platform vendor requires EMEA Pre-Sales Engineer to join their EMEA operation **UP TO £70K BASE + BONUS**
Role:
The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for being the technical point of contact throughout the entire sales process.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Articulate, demonstrate and prove the technology to meet customer needs and requirements.
* Respond proactively to RFI's and RFP's.
* Deliver bespoke presentations and POC's when required.
* Work closely with the product and other technical teams to provide feedback and identify opportunities to innovate the product, processes and customer experience.
Key experience required for the Pre-Sales Engineer role:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience within a Pre-Sales capacity.
* Hands on experience with one or more of the following languages Ruby, Java, PHP, Python or Perl.
* Extensive experience in Big Data platforms.
* Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders.
Package:
* Up to £70k base.
* Up to £50k bonus.
