The Role:
The prime focus of a Business Development Manager is to generate new business through calling potential clients and booking appointments to discuss our E-learning and training solutions. You will also grow, develop and maintain the relationship with existing customers, employ all efforts to ensure that the revenue targets set are hit, or ideally exceeded.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with a proven track record of excellent sales achievement, with experience selling E-learning or training solutions. You must be an ambitious, hardworking individual that can build rapport and has excellent communication skills in order to develop a professional relationship with the client.
The Package:
As a Business Development Manager you will receive a basic salary of £50,000 plus an OTE of £75,000 including benefits such as the opportunity to develop and grow your career, experience and knowledge whilst reaping the financial rewards from exceptional on targets earnings.
