International HR Management Consultancy requires an experienced and successful Managing Director/ Commercial Director level candidate to take the reigns of one of their established and expanding UK divisions. The Role:
Due to internal re-structuring and promotions, a position is now available for a new Managing Director/ Commercial Director to take the reigns of an already successful and expanding division of this major global consultancy house. You will be responsible for both Operational and Commercial teams with total employee reports in the region of 40 heads. The portfolio of products and services within this division include solutions around HR Intelligence, Market Research, Talent Assessment, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement, so naturally exposure to these areas is a real benefit.

The Candidate:
Very simply, we require a proven and successful Managing Director level individual who can demonstrate undertaking a similar style position previously. You will have managed and led a team of at least 20+ personnel including commercial functions such as Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Services and Delivery. Ideally we would prefer candidates from within the Corporate HR Services arena, however we would also consider candidates from other areas of professional services to the Enterprise community.

The Package:
Package is ultimately negotiable as it is imperative to get the right candidate first and foremost, that said, initial indications are a basic salary in the region of £85,000 - £90,000. On top of this you will also receive a company car allowance, Excellent Benefits Package and Annual Bonus.
