Group Financial Controller
City of London - London
An exciting fast growing business located in Central London are seeking to recruit a confident and experienced Group Financial Controller to their team on a permanent basis. Working for an international company with a presence of 4 continents you will be working within an established team.
The business have experienced 30% year on year growth and continue to go from strength to strength via organic expansion and acquisitions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where you can put your mark on a new role.
The role will be responsible for;
-Preparation of annual statutory accounts in accordance with UKGAAP and USGAAP
-Preparation of all financial, taxation and other regulatory requirements
-Taking the lead on audit preparation for both internal and external requirements
-Responsible for implementing corporate structures and accounting governance
-Being the technical go to person for account requirements globally
-Responsible for treasury function within the business - including cash flow management and reporting - Including local requirements
-Experience of implementing transfer pricing procedures
-Responsible for sign of off month end close
-Ad hoc projects as required by senior management
To be considered for this role;
-You will be an ACA Qualified accountant with experience gained within a commercial role
-You will have experience with USGAAP and IFRS and worked within a multi national business
-YOU MUST have experience of business transformation and driving change and implementing controls
-Ideally you will have worked within both a high growth SME and PLC business
-You must have strong accounts preparation experience - along with god TAX knowledge
-It is essential you have worked within a similar role and have excellent communication skills both face-to-face and written
