Package: £80,000-£90,000 basic salary + Commission + Excellent Benefits + Rapid Progression.
The Role:
As divisional Managing Director within a leading management and HR consultancy business you will be responsible for a line of products based around human capital management and efficiency solutions. You will be the line manager for the new business, marketing, delivery and account management teams within this product range. The Candidate:
This role requires an experienced manager, preferably with experience across sales, marketing and delivery. Ideally you will have a background in HR consultancy or business intelligence services, however this is not essential; this role is ideal for an exceptional divisional manager looking to step up into a Managing Director role.
The Package:
The package on offer reflects the high level nature of this role, and as such will be in the range of £80,000-£90,000 basic salary, with a lucrative bonus scheme on top of the other fantastic benefits.
