The Duties:
•Currently employing 3000 + employees, this successful business is looking to double profits in the next five years!
•Great opportunity to join the highly commercial People team to manage and develop the operational side of HR for the UK business.
•Researching, planning and implementing the opening of all HR operations including payroll in new countries. The scope is global.
•The focus of the role is compensation and benefits, HR operations, HR policies and systems, international mobility, annual salary review etc, etc
•Identifying areas of improvement, opportunities for better use of technology as the business grows.
•Working with senior stakeholders.

•Up-to-date experience and knowledge of HR systems
•Strong project management skills
