Leading provider of solutions to the insurance market has an urgent requirement for a Marketing Manager to work in their prestigious London (City) offices initially on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis. The Marketing Manager role is responsible for three principle activities. The first is driving leads to the sales team that are appropriate and lead to sales success. The second is to ensure that the company is highly regarded within its target marketplace and that this regard is accentuated by all that the company does within the market. The third is to have in place a continuous research programme that helps the Product Marketing and Sales teams in their role. This role encompasses both the delivery of material and output as well as the financial management of the marketing budget and related suppliers / partners such as the PR agency. This will mean understanding the market, where the products and services sit within that market and interpreting market requirements. Required Experience & Requirements include: Very strong written communication skills; Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties; Excellent presentation skills and comfortable in fast paced environment; Strong organizational skills / and ability to manage multiple tasks / projects is a must.
