A new Recruitment Manager position exists within this large and growing international retail business based in the United Arab Emirates. The role is based in the company's headquarters and reports to the Group HR Director. You will and work closely with other senior executives to define and manage the company's resourcing strategy during an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Driving the recruitment approach across the Emirates and ensuring productive and innovative talent acquisition methods are optimised.

- Maximising the potential of the company's brand.

- Liaising with external providers as required.

- Managing the recruitment functionwhich also involves managing a team of recruiters.

- Improving performance through good management, using KPIs and increasing direct hiring metrics.

- Representing the brand and the business' values in positive ways as to attract the top talent.

- Being personally responsible for hiring at the most senior levels and working on niche positions.

To be considered you will need:

- Extensive in-house recruitment experience, preferably within a Retail, Consumer or FMCG (where recognising 'soft' skills is key to organisational fit)

- Have the ability to motivate your team effectively.

- An exceptional manager from a recruitment consultancy background would also be considered.

- Fluency in English is key; second langauge skills advantageous.
