PMO Analyst - Initial 6 month Contract

PMO Analyst - Analytical Application Implementation Programme- £325 per day - Initial 6 month contract

Our client are delivering a programme that intends to optimise their Commercial Investment. It will implement systems and business processes that use analytics to predict the areas of biggest impact in their investment to drive the biggest sales and profit.

As part of this programme they require a Senior PMO Analyst, which requires credible experience of working on global programmes across business and IS and whilst an understanding of the technology would help it is not essential.

Further specific responsibilities of the role are:

*Supports maintenance and tracking of progress against the consolidated programme plan and the resources required to support it
*Supports the management and tracking of programme level issues, risks, assumptions and dependencies
*Supports the tracking all programme expenditure and costs, including coordination of SoW approval, invoicing and accruals
*Provides advice and guidance on governance standards, delivery methodologies and ways of working, and ensures compliance with defined governance processes
*Responsible for effective and efficient operation of programme governance including preparation for and conduct of stage gate review meetings
*Ensures routine quality assurance monitoring is undertaken and liaises with IS and Internal Audit teams as appropriate
*Supports the Programme Manager to produce regular reporting and ad-hoc requests
*Supports the Programme Manager and direct reports with stakeholder tracking and engagement and coordinates communication flows within the project as directed
*Owns and manages the programme document repository including collaboration room management and access
