A highly successful and expanding, family owned, retail company is looking to recruit a fully qualified finance professional who will oversee the accounts team but also take on projects to develop the business over the next couple of years.
Responsibilities
- Producing the Monthly Management Accounts including budgeting and forecasting annually
- Providing business support to business stakeholders
- Managing and updating the EPOS system to Accounting system interface
- Posting of complex monthly accruals/prepayments
- Monthly Balance sheet production
- Weekly / Monthly Payroll for approximately 200 staff
- Preparation of Management Accounts
- Implementation of a new system
- Stock accounting and cash reconciliation
The Person
-Must have 3 - 5 years post qualification experience
-Must have experience implementing a system within a business
-Must be a qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
-Preferably degree educated
-Stock experience is essential
-Pro-active personality and willing to work autonomously
-Must have interest/experience in the retail industry
