Operations Asset Manager

Asset Manager required to define & champion the enterprise asset management processes & procedures for the various asset classes covering request, stock, deploy, manage, plan, procure, financials, govern and retire.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate "Hands on" Knowledge of 4-5 Years' Experience in:
* Determine the technical solution to track and manage all assets looking at both cloud vs on premise
* Implement as required any new tools/solutions to support ITAM
* Define the team structure (incl. roles and responsibilities) to support the various asset classes, across both the Corporate and regional teams, working close with the regions to determine accountabilities and responsibilities
* Liaise with 3rd parties to assess their capability for supporting the various components of the asset life cycle across the different asset classes and determine appropriate services & financial models to manage the various asset classes (Corp and regional)
* Establish the responsibilities & essential functions, ensuring full adoption around:
* Performing asset management and configuration management functions.
* Serving as administrator, internal process owner, Managing the administration of IT inventory - overseeing and conducting physical inventory of firm assets including hardware, software, equipment, and supplies.
* Creating and maintaining process documents, flow charts, and procedures.
* Implementing IT asset management policies and procedures.
* Maintaining and managing software license information, updates and compliance audits.
* Ensuring guidelines are followed for managing IT hardware and software assets.
* Coordinating IT asset disposal and/or end-of-lease returns.
* Ensuring proper removal of sensitive information and/or data destruction.
* Utilizing tools to support discovery and audit of IT assets.
* Providing status accounting of IT assets.
* Establishing refresh schedules for IT assets.
