Product Engineer

My client, an expanding, innovative software company based in Bracknell, is seeking a Product Engineer to provide a technical resource to clients for the launch of an exciting new product into the UK educational market.
Working within a highly client facing environment, the Product Engineer will be working closely alongside the sales person, and the rollout and support of the new product. They will become a subject matter expert, and may be involved in data migration with the support of the development team. Ultimately, the Product Engineer will be expected to work on their own initiative and provide a technical point of contact for clients, along with some post-sales support.
Required Experience:
• 3-5 years’ technical experience with a configurable software solution.
• Proven experience of working within a client-facing technical role, such as pre-sales or implementation/project management.
• Excellent presentation skills
• A self-starter - able to act on own initiative and demonstrate drive and determination.
• Articulate with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills, able to develop and work to processes.
• Valid UK driving license & flexibility to travel as required.
