The Role
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for to manage a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers, targeting on Acquisition, Retention and Growth, selling a market leading and award winning portfolio of Employee Benefits, Flexible Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work, Rewards and Incentives. You will be covering the whole UK, working with both SME and Corporate clients.

The Candidate
The Field Sales Manager must have a demonstrable track record of man management and business development, ideally selling to HR or Sales & Marketing Decision makers. Any experience directly within Employee Benefits or Rewards and Incentives will be highly advantageous. You must be willing to work across the UK.

The Package
The Field Sales Manager will be rewarded with a basic package circa £50,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a performance based uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £70,000. Considerable additional benefits include Pension, Healthcare, Medical, Death in Service, Company Car, Laptop and Phone.
