Company:
Global Financial products provider needs a Requirements Lead to join their Global operation **UP TO £60K BASE **
Role:
As the Requirements Lead you will provide guidance, mentoring and training to the companies internal/external project teams on the appropriate use of Requirements Management tools, techniques and standards to produce and maintain requirements deliverables in accordance with the systems development lifecycle.
Other responsibilities will include:
* To provide guidance, training and support on the Caliber Requirements Management Tool to internal and external (vendor) teams globally.
* To quality control requirements processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and financial services regulations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* To maintain the compliance of Standard Requirements with the changing regulations globally and identify opportunities to make it more effective & efficient with process.
* To proactively work on assigned multiple projects and maintenance release streams.
* To review Business Requirements and System Requirements documents.
* To review Requirements Traceability to ensure the System Requirements cover the Business requirements.
* To provide project-specific mentoring and support requirements management.
* Proactively interact with global internal and external teams to support or training that is required on Requirements tools or processes.
Key experience required for the Requirements Lead role:
* Previous Requirements Lead experience.
* BCS/ISEB Certificate in Business Analysis or other equivalent certification in Business Analysis
* Availability to travel internationally for business purposes
