A global market leading award winning organisation operating within HR space offering a range of advisory / consulting services based around core area of HR such as pay and compensation, talent management (including assessment / testing / psychometric), legislation, effectiveness etc is looking to add a key account manager to their team to manage and drive revenue growth from a number of key accounts with a particular focus on their testing / people profiling services.

The Role:
As a key account manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of a number of key accounts. This will involve all aspects of account management in terms of your product set that sits within the talent management team and is focused around the testing / profiling / assessment and psychometric testing services. You will be responsible for identifying revenue growth opportunities within your account base through putting in place an effective account development plan as well as regular contacts with multiple stake holders within the account.

The Candidate:
You will be a successful articulate senior / key account manager with a good level of experience of managing and driving revenue growth from within your account base. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the HR consulting or talent management space with any exposure / interest within testing / assessment space would be highly advantageous however not essential.


The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 with a bonus structure of 50% of you base salary (which is uncapped with an accelerator attached, car allowance + excellent benefits packages including pension, private health (family) and life cover.
