The Role needs.
The role of the Area Sales Manager is a crucial position within the company. This position has become available due to the company's growth. The company offers a great portfolio of modular services that serve a diverse range of private and public sector business needs. The key to this role is the ability to proactively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and building long term relationships with a big focus on proactive account management. The Software solutions they provide are truly impressive and require a consultative approach, so an individual with a flair and understanding of the compliance software sector will thrive in this market.

Experience required
To be considered for this position you should have the pre requisite client facing skills in order to be successful, such as harnessing an exceptional level of articulation, drive and most importantly determination. The Area Sales Manager must be polished, smart and be able to communicate effectively, this is a great opportunity to build and develop your commercial awareness and put your client facing expertise to good use. It would be highly advantageous if you have sold compliance software in to the public/private sector.

The Package
The Area Sales Manager will initially start on a basic salary of £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience, with a very attractive commission structure which will bring your on target earnings upwards of £80,000 in your fist year. The Area Sales Manager will be furnished with a company car, fuel allowance, corporate credit card, Mobile, Laptop, pension and 26 days holiday.
