Customer Success Developer **UP TO £75K**
London - Home Based
Company:
Rapidly growing, heavily VC funded Software Start-Up requires Customer Success Developer to join their UK operation**UP TO £75K BASE + BONUS**
Role:
As the Customer Success Developer you will help existing customers to make full use of their technology ensuring long term customer retention and growth.
Other responsibilities will include:
* You will be working with the company's existing customers at all stages of the customer success lifecycle, that's right from the very start of their journey where they are just getting started with building mobile apps, through to very mature customers who have been using the software for many years.
* Ensuring that all new customers are successfully on-boarded through technical go live sessions and best practices guidance and recommendations.
* Present and demonstrate the solutions to customers in person, over webex, and at various conferences across the UK.
* Be their customers' voice within the organization; their goal is to build the best possible developer platform, and it will be your role to find out what customers need from us in order to achieve success.
Key experience required for the Customer Success Developer:
* A minimum of 2 years' recent Mobile Application Development experience on Android or iOS in any of the following languages; C#, Objective C or Java.
* Extensive knowledge of various API's.
* Working knowledge of one or more of the following frameworks/packages; Appcelerator, Mendix, Phonegap, Sencha, Xamarin.
* Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others to drive ultimate customer satisfaction.
