KNOWLEDGE MANAGER/DIRECTOR

A preeminent global management consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Head of Knowledge Management to join their fast expanding European HQ in London. This is a great opportunity to work on greenfield projects with direct contact with senior executives throughout the company. The ability to manage large scale projects and manage key stakeholders are essential. Energetic and entrepreneurial candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
*Set the strategy for Knowledge Management across the company;
*Develop and lead the implementation of robust implementation plans to enable the growth and development of the company.
*Guarantee the link from targeted research to value creation for the business
*Ensure that commercial decision-making and maximising profit across different revenue streams is supported by effective Knowledge Management across the organisation;

Essential skills & experience:
*Broad practical experience in Knowledge Management for more than 5 years
*Experience of working in or with an international consulting company for more than 10 years engaging with multi-national and national clients
*Knowledge of information management systems architectures and designs
*Experience in the application of Sharepoint or other appropriate IT systems
*Demonstrated track record of achievement in driving organisational change from within
