Role:
The key responsibilities for the Business Development Director, is to expand the existing customer base selling workplace risk solution software and services. Office based in central London you will be operating in the UK territory Making contact with key decision makers in the UK retail market, creating opportunities, securing contracts and exceeding team and personal targets. You will be responsible for generating a proportion of your own leads as well as managing customers through the contract life cycle whilst creating upsell and cross sell opportunities to ensure renewal of contracts.
Candidate
The Business Development Director position requires a high achieving individual with excellent administration skills, strong leadership and management skills, also have the ability to manage your own targets as well as ensuring the team collectively meets and exceed targets. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter, with strong networking and polished negotiating skills, Other responsibilities will include, presentations, monthly reporting, prospecting, pipeline and forecasting. A proven track record selling FM, FM software, Environmental management software or some form of product to corporate retail is essential within a large format print capacity with contacts in the assigned territory is desirable.

This role as Business Development Director is offering an outstanding package, a basic salary of £80,0000 with a realistic and achievable OTE of £180,000.
